We do a premium install, maintenance-free; wrapping the exterior with aluminum coil stock, foaming around the windows for air-tight seal, replacing interior trim as needed, repairing/replacing rotted sills, and cleaning up after ourselves when we are finished.  

A normal installation includes removing old sashes from existing frames, wrapping the sill of existing frame with aluminum coil stock, installing new window into existing frame, squaring, fastening and foaming with window/door foam the window after checking for ease of operation and optimum performance. We re-install old stops or new ones as the case requires. When the interior is finished, trimmed, etc. we then wrap the sides and header around the new window with aluminum coil stock. We often need to repair rotted sills before wrapping them, typically we do not charge extra for that.

Much of the work we do is custom, including changing doors into windows and visa-verse, putting bay windows in place of normal windows, etc.

We are insured, have a lead-safe license, contractor license, workman's comp….

We also make windows for many local contractors. Bring us your sizes and we will make your windows! We offer a contractor discount.

We do not have stock sizes….each window has a “home” that it is designed for when it is made!
